  1. Operator and Scope

Valuerov is the trading name of the online store at valuerov.com, operated by Shanxi Shiqun Technology Co., Ltd.

These Terms of Service address access to the website, accounts, and related online functions. Orders are additionally governed by our Terms of Purchase, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing.

References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the store operator.

  1. Acceptable Use

You may use the website to browse products, place legitimate orders, review information, and contact us.

You must not misuse payment services, impersonate others, submit fraudulent requests, introduce harmful code, access protected systems without authorization, interfere with store operation, or infringe another person’s rights.

Where accounts are available, provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are not automatically responsible for activity caused by a security failure attributable to us or for losses that applicable law places on another party.

We may correct inaccurate website information. Corrections affecting an existing order will be handled under the Terms of Purchase and applicable law.

Restricting access does not remove a customer’s rights relating to an existing order, refund, or privacy request.

To the extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise solely from unlawful misuse of the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to mandatory rules that apply to you, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

This choice does not deprive consumers of protections that cannot be waived under the law applicable to them. Disputes may be brought before a court or competent authority with jurisdiction under applicable law. No exclusive venue is imposed where doing so would unlawfully restrict a consumer’s rights.

  1. Changes and Interpretation

Future changes will be published with a revised date. Where required, additional notice or agreement will be obtained.

A change does not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible.

For a conflict specifically concerning an order, the Terms of Purchase govern to the extent of that conflict, subject to mandatory law.
